MarShawn Lloyd
MarShawn Lloyd Not ready to return
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 4:46 PM
Lloyd (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: Lloyd continues to progress in his recovery from a calf injury that landed him on injured reserve to open the season. He has been limited in practice since being designated to return from IR on Dec. 1 and is not quite ready to make his 2025 regular-season debut, which leaves Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks as the top backfield depth options behind Josh Jacobs (knee). Lloyd's next opportunity to suit up is Week 16 against the Bears on Saturday, Dec. 20.
Savion Williams
Savion Williams Questionable to play Denver
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 4:33 PM
Williams (foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: Williams was limited all week in practice and has a chance to return Sunday from a two-game absence due to a foot injury. The rookie third-rounder hasn't seen much work on offense, but his return would give the Packers another return weapon on kickoffs. If Williams is not cleared to play, then Bo Melton and Emanuel Wilson would continue to handle the return duties on kickoffs.
Dontayvion Wicks
Dontayvion Wicks Ready for Sunday
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 4:09 PM
Wicks (ankle) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest in Denver, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: Wicks followed up back-to-back limited sessions to kick off Week 15 prep with a full practice Friday, indicating that his lingering ankle injury likely isn't much of an issue any longer. With all of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed (shoulder), Matthew Golden (wrist) and Bo Melton also in the clear for Sunday, Wicks' workload is up in the air, especially after he earned just six offensive snaps and no targets during a Week 14 win against the Bears.
Matthew Golden
Matthew Golden In clear for Sunday
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 4:03 PM
Golden (wrist) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's contest at Denver, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Analysis: Since he injured his shoulder Week 9 against the Panthers and then picked up a wrist issue after Week 11 action, Golden has missed three contests (Weeks 10, 12 and 13) and logged 23 combined offensive snaps and four targets in his two appearances. He finally was a full participant Friday for the first time since prior to Week 9, so he presumably will be able to take on whatever workload Sunday's game plan allows for. However, all of Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, Jayden Reed (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) and Bo Melton also will be available this weekend, meaning he could be reduced to certain sub-packages.
Jayden Reed
Jayden Reed Avoids injury designation
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 3:56 PM
Reed (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Denver.
Analysis: Reed returned from an absence of nearly three months to take six touches for 53 yards in last week's 28-21 win over Chicago. His snap share (48 percent) and route share (65 percent) were in line with pre-injury norms, which is a good sign health-wise even if he's still not getting enough playing time to be reliable for fantasy.
Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs Questionable after limited practice
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 3:52 PM
Jacobs (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos.
Analysis: It's the same knee injury that held Jacobs out for Week 12, with reports suggesting he was bothered by increased swelling in the aftermath of a Week 14 win over Chicago. He didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday but returned to limited participation Friday, setting up a potential game-day decision ahead of a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff Sunday. Fellow Packers running back Emanuel Wilson becomes an attractive lineup option if Jacobs ends up inactive, having taken 28 carries for 107 yards and two TDs when Jacobs missed the Week 12 win over Minnesota.
Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs Returns to practice
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 11:53 AM
Jacobs (knee) returned to practice Friday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Packers head coach Matt LaFleur already told reporters that Jacobs would be a limited participant. The running back didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, but LaFleur said Friday that Jacobs is"feeling pretty good" ahead of Sunday's matchup in Denver. If Jacobs run into any issues during Friday's session, Emanuel Wilson will step in as the lead back, just as he did in Week 12 when Jacobs missed a game due to the same knee injury. Jacobs came out of Week 14 with swelling in the knee, which led to practice absences Wednesday and Thursday.
Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs Slated for limited session Friday
Fri, Dec 12, 2025, 11:00 AM
Head coach Matt LaFleur said that Jacobs (knee) will be a limited participant in Friday's practice, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. "We'll see how he's feeling. Talking to him, it sounds like he's feeling pretty good," LaFleur said of Jacobs.
Analysis: Jacobs experienced renewed stiffness and swelling in his knee during Sunday's 28-21 win over the Bears, and though a follow-up MRI on Monday revealed nothing overly concerning, the running back was still held out of the Packers' first two Week 15 practices. LaFleur noted that Jacobs is feeling better Friday and will attempt to get in some on-field work in the Packers' last session of the week, and the coaching and training staffs will then wait and see how Jacobs responds to the workout before gauging his availability for Sunday's game in Denver. Jacobs appears likely to be listed as questionable for the contest when Green Bay issues its final Week 15 injury report later Friday.
Dontayvion Wicks
Dontayvion Wicks Remains limited in practice
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:48 PM
Wicks (ankle) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.
Analysis: For a second week in a row, Wicks is enduring practice restrictions due to an ankle injury, which capped him to six snaps and no targets this past Sunday versus the Bears. The Packers have three other wide receivers also limited this week: Jayden Reed (shoulder), Matthew Golden (wrist) and Savion Williams (foot). Friday's practice report will unveil who among the quartet will head into the weekend without designations for Sunday's game at Denver.
MarShawn Lloyd
MarShawn Lloyd Another limited practice
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:47 PM
Lloyd (calf) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Lloyd is in the midst of his second week of practicing with Green Bay after having his 21-day evaluation window opened Dec. 1. He's been a limited participant in each of Green Bay's ensuing five practices, and given that he's been on injured reserve all season, he may need to log multiple full sessions before getting cleared to make his 2025 debut. Whenever he's reinstated, Lloyd may not be in line for much of a role out of the Green Bay backfield, as Emanuel Wilson has proven to be a competent backup option this season behind lead back Josh Jacobs (knee).
Matthew Golden
Matthew Golden Stays limited at practice
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:45 PM
Golden (wrist) was limited at Thursday's practice.
Analysis: Golden has been listed with a wrist injury since Week 12 prep that sidelined him for two games and capped him at five offensive snaps and one target, which he didn't catch, in this past Sunday's win over the Bears. He joins Jayden Reed (shoulder), Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) and Savion Williams (foot) as limited participants this week as the Packers' receiving corps continues to be beset by injuries. Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not Golden enters the weekend with a designation for Sunday's contest in Denver.
Savion Williams
Savion Williams Remains limited in practice
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:44 PM
Williams (foot) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Williams has sat out the Packers' last two games due to a foot injury, but he's displayed some progress this week by practicing in a limited fashion on consecutive days. The rookie receiver will likely still need to put in a full practice Friday in order to avoid carrying a designation into Sunday's game at Denver.
Jayden Reed
Jayden Reed Another limited session
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 4:40 PM
Reed (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: All of Reed, Matthew Golden (wrist), Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) and Savion Williams (foot) are operating with practice restrictions this week, so it'll be interesting to see who among them will ditch designations and enter the weekend healthy along with Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Bo Melton for Sunday's contest at Denver. In his first game action since Week 2 this past Sunday against the Bears, Reed gathered in all four targets for 31 yards and took two carries for 22 yards on a 47 percent snap share.
Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs Misses practice, still day-to-day
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 2:09 PM
Jacobs didn't practice Thursday but said afterward that his injured knee is structurally sound, and he considers himself day-to-day as Sunday's game in Denver approaches, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: After sitting out the Packers' Week 12 win over the Vikings due to the knee injury, Jacobs returned to action for both of the team's ensuing two games and handled his typical workloads in both contests. However, Jacobs noted that the knee stiffened up on him in this past Sunday's 28-21 win over the Bears, prompting the Packers to send him in for an MRI on Monday. Though the scan revealed nothing concerning, the Packers have nonetheless held Jacobs out for both of their first two Week 15 practices, which puts a cloud over his status for Sunday. Jacobs would likely assuage some of the concern about his availability for the weekend by practicing Friday, even if only in a limited capacity. In the event Jacobs is forced to miss his second game of the season, Emanuel Wilson would likely step in as Green Bay's lead back, as he did in Week 12.
Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs Set to miss another practice
Thu, Dec 11, 2025, 11:01 AM
Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that Jacobs (knee) is unlikely to practice Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. "He's been battling through it. We'll see," LaFleur said, regarding Jacobs' status for Sunday's game in Denver.
Analysis: Jacobs first sustained his knee injury in the Packers' Week 11 win over the Giants, but after sitting out a Week 12 victory over Minnesota, he returned to a leading role out of the backfield for both of the past two games. However, the 27-year-old is feeling a bit more banged up than anticipated after handling 22 touches in this past Sunday's win over the Bears, prompting the Packers to take a cautious approach with him in practice this week. With Jacobs set to go down as a non-participant for the second straight day, he'll likely need to practice in some fashion Friday for fantasy managers to feel good about his chances of playing against Denver.
Savion Williams
Savion Williams Limited in practice
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 5:08 PM
Williams (foot) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Williams missed the past two games, and he probably wouldn't get much playing time even if he were healthy now that the Packers have all of their veteran wideouts available.
MarShawn Lloyd
MarShawn Lloyd Remains limited in practice
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 5:07 PM
Lloyd (calf) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Lloyd has been a limited participant in each practice since the Packers designated him to return from injured reserve last week. He won't necessarily contribute this season even if deemed healthy enough to do so, as Emanuel Wilson and Chris Brooks appear to be trusted with backup roles behind Josh Jacobs.
Jayden Reed
Jayden Reed Limited in practice
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 5:05 PM
Reed (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: It's interesting to see Reed listed with only a shoulder injury, considering he dealt with a Jones fracture in his foot earlier this season (in addition to the broken collarbone). In any case, he returned from an absence of nearly three months to handle a 48 percent snap share and a 65 percent route share during Sunday's 28-21 win over the Bears. Reed finished with four catches for 31 yards and two carries for 22 yards, essentially returning to his full pre-injury role.
Matthew Golden
Matthew Golden Limited due to wrist
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 5:02 PM
Golden (wrist) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Golden returned from a two-game absence to play just 10 percent of snaps on offense in Sunday's 28-21 win over the Bears. Reporters have suggested that Golden and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) might have played more if they'd been healthy, but it also seems like Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed are the top three on the depth chart.
Dontayvion Wicks
Dontayvion Wicks Bothered by ankle
Wed, Dec 10, 2025, 5:00 PM
Wicks (ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Analysis: Wicks was listed with an ankle injury last week but didn't have a designation for Sunday's eventual win over Chicago. He played just 10 percent of snaps in the contest -- one week after scoring a pair of TDs against the Lions -- but that was partially a product of Jayden Reed returning from injured reserve. It is possible that Wicks would've played more without the ankle injury; just probably not enough to warrant fantasy consideration.
